Recently, Elsevier has released the list of "2023 Chinese Highly Cited Scholars", with a total of 496 colleges and universities, research institutes, enterprises and 5,801 scholars, covering 84 first-level disciplines in 10 subject areas of the Ministry of Education. Among them, there are 134 highly cited scholars in the list of "ENGINEERING-Civil Engineering", and 7 faculty members of our college have been selected.

The list uses Scopus, the citation and indexing database of Elsevier, the world's leading information analytics company, as the statistical source, and adopts the methodology developed by Shanghai Softech Education Information Consulting Co., Ltd. to analyze and identify Chinese scholars at different stages of their research careers from multiple dimensions, and to systematically display their research performance.
